Our Response to COVID-19

At City Vibe Management, we recognize the important role we have in helping to flatten the curve of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community. The health and well-being of our valued residents and staff are always our top priority and as we navigate through the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation together, we want to share the extra precautions we’re taking to keep you and your neighbours safe.

For everyone's well being, we are requiring that our employees practice social distancing and ask that you communicate with our staff via email or phone instead of face to face interactions.

Walk-in tenants are not permitted without an appointment.

All appointments will be asked screening questions prior to meeting with our staff.

Only essential service appointments will be completed at this time. We ask you to please delay contacting out staff unless you are experiencing an emergency (An emergency is a fire, flood, water leakage or loss of heat). The lobby, elevators, mailboxes and common areas are being cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency as per Health Canada guidelines.

The gym is closed until further notice

.Our employees have been instructed to stay home if they are feeling unwell.Our employees have been given instructions if they have recently returned from travel abroad to any destination, they are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Public Health Agency of Canada guidelines.

Please be diligent with hygiene practices: wash hands thoroughly and frequently, cough or sneeze into sleeves (elbow not hands), frequently clean and disinfect shared and frequently touched objects and surfaces, avoid contact with people who appear or have declared ill.
