City Vibe Management
City Vibe Management is pleased to announce that we have been appointed as Managers of your Condominium Property. We look forward to establishing our working relationship with all Skyview Landing owners and residents over the coming months and will be sending out your full owner orientation package in the next few weeks. Given City Vibe’s association to your community developer and their associated rental management company, we are uniquely positioned to provide knowledgeable, professional and cost‐effective condominium property management services.
Communication Distribution
All written communications from City Vibe Management will be distributed electronically through email from our staff and mass communications system. If you do not have access to email, please contact us.

Building 1000 Commencement of Condominium Contributions
A period of Interim Occupancy Fees will have been adjusted for with your legal counsel for the period between possession and plan registration / title transfer. Condominium Contributions are to commence effective 1 February 2020.
Building 2000 Commencement of Condominium Contributions
A period of Interim Occupancy Fees will have been adjusted for with your legal counsel for the period between possession and plan registration / title transfer. Condominium Contributions are to commence effective 1 March 2020.
Buildings 3000 and 4000 Commencement of Condominium Contributions
Condominium Contributions for units in buildings 3000 and 4000 will commence as of the 1st of the month following the month in which you take possession.

Condominium Contributions and How to Remit
Condominium contributions are derived from the Operating Budget and are allocated based on your unit’s unit factor as provided for by the registered condominium plan or as otherwise stipulated in your Condominium Corporation by‐laws. Contributions are to be paid on the 1st of each month by pre‐authorized debit, made payable to Condominium Corporation Number (CCN) 1811896.
Pre‐Authorized Debit (PAD)
For your convenience, we have attached a Pre‐Authorized Debit (PAD) in order to have your condominium contributions directly debited from your bank account each month. Please complete and return the form with a void cheque to the City Vibe Management office by mail or in person at the address below, or by email to accounting@cityvibemanagement.ca if you have not already done so. Your PAD form must be received by 12 noon on the 25th day of the month prior to the month in which you wish for contributions to commence via this method.
